Skin lesions very commonly present to primary care and this resource is designed to assist you to identify and treat common skin conditions. Skin conditions that present range from benign and treatable conditions such as lipomas, to more sinister such as melanoma. Thus, its particularly important that the healthcare professional has a good understanding of basic dermatology and to appreciate what might constitute serious conditions. This resource is composed of 10 assessment questions including pictures which provide an overview of basic dermatology.
